Title: NEW LDS Provident Living Guidelines Post by: lisamiut on March 31, 2007, 06:58:26 PM The LDS Church has recently changed their focus of food storage. They now recommend, in part:
THREE-MONTH SUPPLY Build a small supply of food that is part of your normal, daily diet. One way to do this is to purchase a few extra items each week to build a one-week supply of food. Then you can gradually increase your supply until it is sufficient for three months. These items should be rotated regularly to avoid spoilage. This is EXACTLY what I have been teaching my clients and class attendees the past 2 years and this is EXACTLY how the Savvy Shopper Program can help you!!! PM me if you have any other questions. Title: Re: NEW LDS Provident Living Guidelines Post by: kraftee on March 31, 2007, 09:45:22 PM I am really trying to build up my food supply. One thing I am really lacking on is water. Since I live in the desert you'd think that would be the first thing I would have. :-\
