Title: Re: Macey's 800 N Orem Special Post by: lisamiut on June 20, 2007, 03:31:57 PM Powdered Honey can be used as a sweetener and sugar substitue in a recipe. You can rehydrate to make it real honey. Shelf life would be minimum 5 years - but could be longer if stored in a cool, dry environment.
