Title: Overseas Coupon Program Post by: chiachen212 on October 10, 2009, 05:20:01 PM Has anyone heard of this program? It's a program for all of us to send coupons to overseas military bases! Apparently our expired coupons can be of good use to them! I'm not even American, but I think this will be very cool to do every month when we're throwing out unused/expired coupons. Why throw them out if the military people can use them to feed their family.
