I'm new to this. I am having problems when I am going through the shopping wizard I will get through a lot of pages then all of a sudden my organizer goes to zero and I have lost all the work I have done. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Sorry.  I just re-synced the site.  When I do this you will lose your organizer.  What happens is, I have to adjust the data feed that comes to us in order to make it more accurate.  I have to re-sync the info to do that.  Sorry if you have lost any info!  Just a note:  you should always wait until I send the email for each store to know that the Shopping Wizard is good to go!
