Hi Amy,
I signed up for the 5 issues of the paper on Thursday at your coupons class. Today we only got one paper, and I'm wondering if our subscription has started, or if this paper was just a complimentary one. Thanks for letting us know how many inserts there are a week, the last 2 weeks, I've bought the paper and they were missing inserts. Thanks to you I knew about it. Thanks for your help.

Glad you could make it to the class!

If you buy the paper from a rack or at a store they WILL NOT have coupons in them! 

Coupons only come in Sunday Delivery. 

Contact circulation Monday morning and ask about your subscription.  # 375-5103

My Husband works at the Daily Herlad and they often miss papers when people first sign up, if you have a question or ever miss any coupons call and you can still get them. Calling about missing coupons is not a big deal often the machines that insert the ads slip out several advertisements. With so many papers to be delivered they aren't checkede so if you miss something just give them a call and they'll gladly bring them to you.
