I saw this in the paper and thought it would be good as part of being prepared. 
Macey's will be doing a class, "Always be Prepared". I checked and there is still room--call 796-6601 for registration (I would do it today!)

In a part one of this series, learn how to build and use food storage.  Also learn how to prepare polenta with chiles and corn, oatmeal trail mix, tomato/salmon pasta and baked peaches.

When: Tuesday, May 1,
Time: 7 p.m.
Where: Pleasant Grove Macey's, 931 West State.
Free!

Class will be filmed for television.  Call 796-6601.

This is going to be an EXCELLENT class!  I know the guy teaching it and would make every effort to attend!
