I found a recipe that I liked that helps to use Bullseye original BBQ sauce and oatmeal--2 things I need to use!  Smiley
I don't normally like meatballs, but I liked these.  Serve with baked potatoes, and vegs.  Yum.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 to 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onions (use less onions if you use less meat)
1 tsp. salt
Few grains pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Form into about 18 balls, each about 2 inches in diameter.  Place in a casserole dish.  Cover with sauce (below).  Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, turn the meatballs over and cook another 15 minutes (cook uncovered).

Sauce (I would double the sauce!)

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (Bullseye original was really good in it.)
1 tsp Worchestshire sauce

Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly.  Heat and pour over meatballs.

Enjoy!
