I guess it doesn't like typical Utah addresses.  It wouldn't verify my address until I spelled out South for the street that I live on.  Usually a simple S will do.  Hope this helps the rest of you.

I was able to use S for south just fine, and normally with computer stuff it wants me to take that out.  I did leave SLC instead of putting in Cottonwood Heights though.
