It's a Budweiser Mail in Rebate!  I found it by the beer. They only had a few, so I asked if they had more in the back and they said yes.  ALWAYS ask a manager if you are looking for a coupon or rebate you need to find!   Smiley

I got the rebate at Albertsons but can you use a Wal-mart receipt? Also, is it only for groceries (food)? It doesn't really specify.

I don't have the rebate form that your are wondering on, but on the seafood/meat rebate (a few weeks ago), I just called Budwiser (the phone number was on the rebate form).  She told me with at least that rebate, you could purchase your meat/seafood at any store.  So, I actually got some of my meat at Albertsons, and the rest at Costco, and got the full rebate.  It does depend on the rebate though.  I would call them if there is a contact number on the rebate just to be sure.   Smiley
