FYI - They are only giving away candy bars between 9 and 5 pm PST.  So I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

I finally remembered to do this in time.  They still had 1400+.

If you enter the sweepstakes after requesting the initially free coupon, they give you a choice to print a coupon for buy one get one free Nestle Crunch Crisp Bar.  I think these are on sale for 25 cents at my Smith's (a bunch were - Nestle White Crunch was one, so I think this Nestle one was as well).
