The e-mails are personalized, but here is what mine said:

When I clicked the link it gave me a choice of 5 or 6 new products to try.  Triscuits, Digiorno Pizza, Capri Sun, and a couple others.  I chose the pizza and should get my coupon in about 2 weeks.  I'm glad I looked at that e-mail!  If you haven't signed up for the kraft foods e-mails and want to here's the link:

I just opened mine - I am SO glad I didn't delete it-  the link says try something new - doesn't tell you are about to get the greatest free coupon ever!  I also picked the pizza and its free up to $7.00 and something cents - yeah Smiley

Just got mine this morning!  Too bad the pizza was already gone  Cry I got the FREE Juicy Juice!

FYI:  You have to complete a short survey and at the end they offer you the coupon!

Should have added:  You cans still choose from full size Triscuits or 10 ct Juicy Juice!
