The crackers are delicious - at least the seven grain ones - they also make a honey sesame or somthing like that - its really good too and healty.  Tried the ceral when it was cheap - tastes like your chewing sawdust - not much taste just real crunchy.  Thanks for the post, I love mail days now -nothing better than free surprises in your mailbox
