Here is another great recipe that can be a two in one. I love Cafe' Rio's salads especially the dressing. So one night my hubby and I tried to reinvent it. I started with my home made ranch dressing. We call it RANCH-A-MOLIE
Ranch Dressing
1 bottle BEST FOODS mayo.(must be Best foods it gives it the right flavor and we get great coupon deals for it!)
2 cups butter milk
2 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp Accent
You will use 1/2 of what this makes for the following.
Then you take 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro and chop it up tiny.(I use my food processor)
Add chopped cilantro to the ranch dressing and then add 1 pkg premade guacamole. I use the kind in the box that has two bags in it. You can find it in the produce section. Or use your own favorite guac recipe approx 1 cup and more or less to taste. It's so good on taco salad, regular salad, sandwiches, or just as a dip!!
