Don't forget to check this site out if you order online.  I have found coupon codes for two different online stores I made purchases from the past few days - one for free shipping, one for upgraded fast shipping for free.  This site is great!  www.dealhunting.com

flamingoworld.com is another one of these sites with codes to different online retailers - can't think of why I haven't posted it earlier - you can even search by store

Do you have to register on these sites? I've heard that a lot of stores don't accept printed out coupons. Do you cut the coupons out or leave them on the full page? Also, I've noticed that some coupons are the same on multiple sites. Can you use multiple coupons from different sites for the same items in one shopping transaction?

thanks!

Most of these sites are for coupon codes for online shopping.
Some stores will not accept printed coupons, it depends on the location, the policies and even the cashier at that store.
Most stores will NOT accept more than one coupon PER ITEM unless you have a manufacturers coupon AND a store coupon.
Since there is so much fraud with internet printed coupons a lot of stores don't take them anymore.
Online coupon codes can save you a bundle though. I have used all kinds of codes to get great discounts and even free items online. Not all the codes work so you have to test them when you are checking out before you pay.

Regardless of where you get a coupon (internet, newspaper, tearpad etc.), you are only allowed to use one manufacture coupon per item you purchase.  If you have a store coupon for the same item, you may use that as well.  HOWEVER, like Rgibby said, there are many stores that are no longer accepting internet printed coupons and even some that will not allow you to use a store coupon with a manufacture coupon.  It really depends on the store and your cashier.  The sites that I have printed coupons from like boodle.com, eclip.com, coolsavings.com etc do not require that you sign up to use them (at least not that I recall).  I have also used dealhunting.com for on-line codes and that does not require you to sign up either.
