There is a new photo printing website (similar to Shutterfly or Snapfish) called Artscow.  Since they are just getting started, anyone who signs up for a new free account will receive 400 free prints (200 4x6s and 200 5x7s) as well as a free 8x8 photo book (20 pages). You still have to pay for shipping, but it looks like the shipping prices are reasonable.  I think with shipping it still ended up being less than 8 cents per print. (It was about $3.99 for shipping 50 prints, the shipping changes depending on quanity). Even after the free prints, their prices for printing photos are cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.

When you sign up it just asks for an email address so my husband signed up and it said it is limited to one offer per household (guess they knew we were using the same computer...) You can have more accounts, but you won't get additional free prints.
Also, you can only get 50 free 4x6's and 50 free 5x7's per month and if you don't order them by the expiration date you lose them. By the way, here are ths shipping and handling prices: (with s\h on the 50 4x6's equal out to be 8 cents each and the 5x7's 12 cents each)
