I took my kids to Dr. Later a few years ago and, while I was happy with the Dr. himself, I was absolutely horrified at the front desk staff's customer service.  I vowed never to go there again, no matter how good the doctor was.

I may as well throw my two cents in, even though he's in Orem.  Dr. Hacking is with Utah Valley Peds, and we've gone to him for 14 years.  His receptionist is AWESOME, I really like his nurse, too. He trusted my judgement that something was wrong with my son, and did tests to find it.  It was a rare disorder, and he gave me a referral to a specialist and still called in the evenings to check on my son...all the while going through his own personal trials.  Very professional and caring!

My pitch would be for Dr. David Johnson or really any doctor at Alpine Pediactrics in PG...Love the office and the entire staff...I have four kids, so we have had our fair share of visits.  Good Luck!!
