Maceys (at least the 800 N. Orem location) has 20 lb. bags of Comet rice for $9.99. This is an excellent price - the best on the market - don't know the quality.  Please look at your Maceys location and let us know if you see this price as well.

Update: I didn't see this brand on sale at the Provo Maceys.
