I have found it at Smith's in Lehi, but it is expensive.  Good Earth has it for around $8.00 for 32 fluid ounces, a year ago.  I have been purchasing mine from Pantry Secrets in Pleasant Grove, 32 fluid ounces for $8.00.  I like theirs because it comes in a plastic container with a squeeze lid to make it easier to get out.  You have to call Janine at 801-787-4396 with your order before you go to pick it up.  I did see someone in front of me at Macey's this week buying the Pantry Secrets soy lecithin for &8.99 for 32 fluid ounces. I also bought my soy lecithin from Pantry Secrets, I think that is about the best price around and the squeezy bottle is very convenient.

Vital Wheat Gluten is only $4.50 at Wal-Mart through the 4th. However, the #10 can when it goes on sale at Macey's is a better deal.

Wal-mart also has the dough enhancer for $3.50. (Lindon Wal-mart--as they aren't all the same with their Morning Moo's and Blue Chip products right now due to whether or not there is a Macey's in their vacinity.

Also, don't get the liquid soy lecithin. It's messy. You'll do better with the granules. Macey's sells them in a bag for about 8 bucks.  They last a long time and have a better impact on the bread, IMO.

Unless you are using the soy lecithin to replace the oil in recipes (like the bread recipe from Pantry Secrets). The granules won't work, you have to use the liquid (according to the Pantry Secrets class).

Orem Maceys has Pantry Secrets liquid soy lecithin for $9.99 (32 oz). So it's cheaper to get it through Janine at $8.00.

Just make sure to get the squeeze bottle with the lid and you will have no problem!!

I can't remember the prices, but the Bosch Kitchen Store on Center Street in Orem carries vital wheat gluten, dough enhancer, and lecithin.
