I noticed today that Target now has Catalina machines at every register.  Has anyone done any research on what triggers a catalina there?  I will try to do some but if anyone has any information, please post!

From what I have been told they are being installed in an effort to boost grocery sales.  Right now they may appear to print at random, but hopefully we'll be able to pin point specific deals/promotions in the near future.  Another rumor is that they may move to this form of coupon in lieu of the $5 Gift Card promotions we now get with purchase.
