On my most recent trip to Smiths for case lot items, they did take my coupons.  Some stores/checkers say no since it rings up as a case price and coupons are for individual items.  I have had positive expreiences using the coupons at the Amercian Fork store and Pleasant Grove store.  Hope your experiences have also been good with using coupons on the case items.
