1 bag M&M'S Brand Milk, Peanut, Almond or Crispy Chocolate Candies for Easter
2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spread coconut on non-greased cookie sheet. Toast in oven, stirring occasionally, until it turns light golden, about 25 minutes.
2. Remove coconut from cookie sheet and set aside.
3. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees. In large bowl, add butter and sugar and whip until light and fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
4. In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. Blend into creamed mixture.
5. Form dough into 1-1/4-inch balls. Roll heavily into toasted coconut.
6. Place coconut cookies 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Make indentation with thumb in center of each cookie. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Remove cookies and cool completely. Fill indentations with M&M'S Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for Easter.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.

Bunny-In-The-Hole

8  slices   white bread, divided
4 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
4 eggs
Suggested decorations: 8 frozen peas, 4 small triangles of red pepper and 8 fresh chives

PREHEAT oven to 400F. Cut out hole in center of each of 4 of the bread slices with a 3-1/2 inch egg-shaped cookie cutter. Cut each cutout lengthwise in half to make the "bunny's ears."
BRUSH remaining 4 bread slices with butter; place, butter sides down, on ungreased baking sheet. Cover each with 1 cheese slice; top with 1 of the bread slices with the hole. Carefully break 1 egg into center of each hole. Decorate each egg with 2 peas for the "eyes," a red pepper triangle for the "nose" and chives for the "whiskers."
BAKE 15 min. or until cheese is melted and egg is set but slightly runny, adding the ears to the oven for the last 5 min. of the baking time. Arrange 2 of the ears at the top of each bunny's head just before serving.

Marshmallow Bunnies

5    JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
2 Tbsp. ready-to-spread white frosting
2 pieces shoestring licorice, ribbon or string (10 inch each)
10 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
Assorted candies and colored sugar

STACK 2 of the large marshmallows for each bunny, securing marshmallows to each other with some of the frosting. Tie licorice loosely around middle of each marshmallow stack to separate head and body sections of bunny.
CUT remaining large marshmallow lengthwise into quarters for the "ears." Attach 2 ears to each head with frosting.
ATTACH 4 of the miniature marshmallows to each bunny for the "paws" and 1 miniature marshmallow to each bunny for the "cottontail," using some of the remaining frosting to attach each piece. Use assorted candies to make the faces. Decorate the ears with colored sugar. Let stand at room temperature until dry.

KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS

How To Soften Licorice
If using licorice to tie around marshmallows, soften it slightly before using for best results. Just place on paper towel and microwave, 1 piece at a time, on HIGH 7 sec. or until slightly softened.
