Each month Walgreen's will issue a new Easy Saver Catalog for the current month. It is a small booklet full of store coupons and rebate information. It is helpful to pick up a new booklet each month so you can refer to it if you have any questions about deals you may find. Easy Saver Rebates: How to get your rebate: Include original register receipts w/ purchases circled and Offer #'s written next to the price. (Must be dated within specified time period.) Include Total Earnings Sheet (In catalog) Include Customer Information form (In catalog) Include proofs of purchase when required. Send this all in one mailing! Only one submission is accepted per month and only one refund issued per family, household, address or envelope. No photocopied receipts will be accepted. When omitting credit card information from receipt, use pen or marker - DO NOT CUT!!! Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. If you select a gift card instead of a rebate you will get all the rebate money on the card plus and additional 10%, but it must be spent at Walgreens.
