If you tell them that you want to order something online that they don't have in store, they will give you one for sure. But I usually just ask if I can get a free shipping code and most times they give it to me. HTH

I was trying to order something that isn't in the store and even told them that. I allready have a 15% off code as well as my 10% place points code, just hate to pay shipping all the time. I order from Kohl's a lot and always am able to get a free shipping code from them. :-\

When someone comes to help you, you could inquire about it. When they mention it isn't carried you could ask for a shipping code and maybe they will be more likely to give it to you in the store. Just an idea - I hate paying shipping as well.
