Costco will not be mailing the Summer Passport coupons.  They are available starting today for IN-STORE PICK-UP ONLY!!!  I asked them why and they said it was something new they are trying.  They are handing them out as you walk in the door.  The$3 pizza coupons are in it again - YEAH!!!
