I see coupons like S 4/21-19.  What does that mean?

The coupon codes refer the the insert that coupon was in... S=Smart Source, V=Valassis, etc...the dates are the Sunday it came in the mail..and i believe then it lists the page number...
If you are doing the binder method, this code really doesn't matter, Amy just lists it for people who don't cut their coupons until they use them...
