I tried to use a coupon on a trial size Dove item at Target this week, but the checker wouldn't let me.  She said it had to be one of the bigger bottles (even though the coupon did not state what size I had to buy in order to use the coupon).  It was a coupon Dove sent me in the mail.  So I think it depends on the checker, as always!

We have many dove coupons - and most give a minimun oz size to purchase but we have 1 that says on any facial cleansing product that doesn't list a min. size so you should be able to use it on the travel size ones - sorry about your checker - but hopefully this helps

Hey, anyone know where to find the Always Clean sample packs?  I've scoured both the Orem and the PG Walmarts with no luck...Are they a trial size?  Which Wal-mart is known to carry them?

Not free- but fun!  Hefty Zoo Pals 8 ct = $1.00 (reg price - at registers) - $0.50/1 = $0.50
(You can get the larger cts cheaper sometimes, but this is a fun treat for my kids.)

Here's a Rite-Aid freebie. They have the trial size of gold bond ultra healing lotion for .99 and we have the $1 coupon. This was at the 1600 N Rite Aid.

Thanks.  I searched for zoo pals instead of Hefty.  Smiley

Can someone tell me which Wal-mart had the Nexcare Bandages for $1.00? I was at the P.G.\Lindon Wal-mart yesterday and the cheapest ones they had were $1.50. How many are in the box that were $1.00?  ~ T.I.A.
I got lots of stuff yesterday. It was fun even though the NEW checker TRIED to tell me I couldn't use the coupons on trial sizes! She tried to make me feel like I was steeling or something. I set her straight!  Smiley I told her none of the coupons I was using stated that. I had to explain to her that some do, and some don't and if they don't you can use them on ANY size. I wish checkers were educated about coupons!  confused5

The Gold Bond coupons all exclude the 1 oz trial size.  It is written in the text at the bottom in caps writing.

I was so excited to go to Walmart and get these great freebies, however, when I gave the cashier the coupons and she started scanning them, she said that she couldn't take the coupons becuse they were for more than the product price.  She wouldn't override them, reduce the coupon ammount, or help me in any other way.  I had to have her void a ton of my products--and then she messed up and rescanned one rather than taking it off.  All in all, a very dissapointing shopping trip.  Just be careful and be aware it depends on your cashier.

Can you use coupons for more than the product price?  Or was my cashier right?  I understand that it is a cashier decision, but should they be taking them or not?

I had a huge problem at wal-mart when I bought a ton of freebies too.  You can use a coupon for more than the original price but the custumer service manager said we should watch to make sure they ring up the coupons only for the price of the item so that they are reimbursed for the correct amt.  I think you would have an easier problem - mysel included if I had uses less coupons at one time - maybe buy a few things each time when it is the free stuff - I seem to get a lot less attitude / hassle from the checkers when I don't have a huge stack - they are much happier to ring them through too.  The last time I use a huge stack at wal-mart I got stuck with the customer service manager for an extra hour with a screaming 2 year old so they could sort everything out to make sure the coupons were not over the retail price. Woldn't have minded but I got given the third degree - even made me pull stuff out of my cart to make sure I bought the correct items - which I had Sad  It definately does depend on your checker - I would just say less is more

I found them at the Payson Walmart.  I think they were marked $1.50 on the shelf, but rang up at $1.00.  I think there were 50 in a box. HTH! Wink
