How the eSAVER program works

Are there stores other than Kroger where I can use my eSAVER coupons?
There are nine retailers participating in the eSAVER program from Kroger:
Kroger, Ralph's, King Soopers, Fry's, Smith's, Dillons, QFC, JayC and City Market.

What is the maximum number of coupons I can load onto my Kroger Plus Card?
There is a maximum of 25 coupons that may be loaded onto your Kroger Plus Card per month.

Can I remove coupons from my Kroger Plus Card without spending them?
No, once coupons have been entered onto your Kroger Plus Card, they cannot be removed. They need to remain on your card until they expire.

Can I load multiples of a coupon onto my Kroger Plus Card?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto your card once.

How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card once I enter them?
It takes up to one hour before the coupons are available on your card to redeem at your retail store. The only exception is if you use your alternate ID number (usually your phone number) on your first visit to the P&G eSAVER site. After that first visit it, will take up to 24 hours for coupons to be available on your card.

What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
If your discount was not applied properly, contact eSAVER customer service for assistance by clicking on the ?Help Center? link in the left navigation.
