Redbox has extended their Free Rental Monday's to also include Free Wednesday Rentals.

I know alot of people can't get these Free Movie texts, so I'm going to try and post them each week...

So today's (5/7) free code is 14LRL9

Thank you sooooo much, we don't have a cell phone so this really helps us be able to enjoy a movie, and EVERYONE loves free! Continue to post them on Monday and Wednesday and you'll continue to make this shopper happy! Cheesy

Can someone please explain what this means?  THis is the first time I've heard of anything like this.  You can rent any movie from that redbox machine on Moneday or Wednesday for free?  Is that how it works?

Correct.  There is a button that says rent movie with promo code (or something like that).  You type in your code and if it works at that location you can then select a movie for free.  You then just need to return it by 9:00 pm the next day to avoid the $1 fee.  You do have to swipe a credit card or debit card as an insurance that you'll return it and they will temporarily put a $1 charge on it that will erase after you return the movie.  It's completely free and a great way to get some of the newer movies.

How do you sign up to get the text message for the free code?  I went on their website and didn't see anywhere about the free rentals.  Thanks!!

I went to redbox.com and clicked on the help on the top right hand side of the page.  Then the 5th question down "How can I receive promotional codes for free redbox rentals and other offers?" has a link that you can click on that takes you to the page.  You have to sign up with your cell phone number and carrier, and then you'll get the text message every week.  I usually get mine around 11-11:30 in the morning.  I hope this helps!!! wav
