I took my 2 little kids last year and we had SO much fun!  Its great because there are tons of little ones, so nobody seems to mind if your one year old is roaming  Smiley!  We bought tickets this year too.  Get them quick because they're selling fast!

How do you buy them in advance.  I can't find the information on the website where to purchase tickets in advance.  Thanks

Anyone know what shows are playing this year and the dates?  I didn't see anything on the site.

I picked up a paper from the AF Cinemark.  The movies playing are:

Shrek the Third
Surf's Up
Doogal
Stuart Little 2
The Ant Bully
Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium
Alvin & the Chipmunks
Bee Movie
Happy Feet
All Dogs Go to Heaven 2

The paper doesn't say anything about specials on concessions, it does say "Don't forget your money for concessions!" this way they can clean us out!

Scroll down and you can click on a theater here in Utah and see what movies are playing when.  It looks like they are all slightly different.

They are both Cinemark.  The Provo Towne is one that is on there, Movies 8 isn't but I think thats because its a cheap theater. (I don't know what else to call it.) Wink

I know that the Scera Theatre in Orem runs a similar summer movie deal for kids.  My kids brought home a flyer from school advertising it, but I must have thrown it out.  I think the deal was about $6.50 for 10 or so movies over the course of the summer and the times were at around 10 in the morning.  It does seem like a cheap activity for the kids, but who can go to a movie without popcorn and drinks, so,I don't know how "cheap" it really turns out to be!!  Call the Scera Theatre (225-ARTS) for more information if you're interested!

I guess I just needed to scroll down to find the movie listings.  I blame that one on computer illiteracy. Wink  The one thing I don't like about the summer movies at the Cinemark theaters (at least in AF) is that you have to buy a pass for everyone and if you miss a show, you are out of luck.  Where we were before, you could buy one pass (or as many as you wanted) and pick and choose the movies you wanted to see, and then they would punch one pass for all the people in your group until your pass was full.  If I still had punches left on our passes at the end of the summer, I would take my kids friends to use up the rest of the punches so I didn't feel like I was wasting any.  I really shouldn't complain about .50 movies. If this is available in your area it's a GREAT way to spend a couple summer mornings a week. I take my toddler (and this year our newborn) and it's awesome. No worries about running around and noise because it's ALL kids.
