Hey Everyone!
Hoping for some help here.  What are the standard going prices for meats these days (not on sale)? (Hamburger, pork chops, chicken, etc.)

I'm still learning all the in's & out's, but when I saw the ad for the hamburger at Macey's this week for 1.49lb. I knew it was a WOW deal...but I only figured that it would be because a few weeks ago Albertson's deal for hamburger at 1.88lb was the same.

Basically what I'm trying to figure out is this: if Hamburger is typically going at a standard price of 2.89lb then when I see a price of 1.88 or like this weeks sale of 1.49 then it's a great deal?

Hope I'm making sense.
