I know this might be a silly question, but my sister is in Orem and she is doing the whole coupon system.  I live up in Layton and would like to, but I wasn't sure if things would be the same up here.  Most stores usually have the same ad and I'm assuming the coupons are the same no matter what paper you subscribe to.  Please help!

Thank You,
Brindy

Yes you get the same coupons no matter what paper (ex: The Deseret News has the same inserts as the Daily Herald). The ads may be a little different since you live in SL County and your sister is in Utah County and some deals just depend on the stores and what supplies they have. But you always save. Smiley HTH

Yes - coupon shopping and sale shopping works anywhere in the US.  There are going to be times that your sales flier will differ from the ones posted here as Utah County has different stores.

For the most part, you will learn how to shop sales and stack coupons onto those sales for maximum savings.  In all honesty, if you follow what you find here, pretty soon you won't need the website - you will be able to do it yourself!

And, even the same store within 5 miles of each other (WalMart is a perfect example) will have "everyday prices" that will differ.  I was buying vinegar at one store and it was $1.56 for a 28 oz. size and then at the other Walmart, it was $1.32.  So, you need to learn what your own personal price point is - what you will pay for a good price and then what is a stock up price.  It will take a few months to get your own system down and with the rising price of groceries, everything is more expensive today than it was even 3 months ago.

Keep asking questions - there are great people on this site who are willing to help!
