I don't mean to brag! But my total BEFORE coupons was 265.00, I spent..... 9.19, that was NOT including my 5.00 OYNP SC Johnson. Not bad huh?
It's worth your time to go in with your binders and figure it all out yourselves on the coupons that you have!

Orem and Provo are doing it. You just have to take your stuff to Customer Service to check out. Stuff is pretty picked over. But the new ad starts tomorrow and there could be some good deals there...

Some of the rules: (which depend on the person checking you out - the rules have changed each time I've gone)
1 - They double up to the $2 coupons - meaning a $2 coupon gets doubled to $4. But a $3 coupon or higher will not get doubled.
2 - B1G1 coupons are not doubled. So you have to buy an item to get the free item.
3 - A $x/xx (ie. $1/2) will be $1 off of each item, instead of $.50 off each.
4 - They don't allow overages. Product is $3.59 and you have a $2 coupon - they take off $2 and then $1.59, not an additional $2. So you get the item for free, without the overage.

According to Corporate, they are SUPPOSED to if you request it. If they still refuse, you can call Kmart at 1-866-KMART-4U (1-866-562-7848) from your cell phone, and they will call the store manager right them and have them do the double coupons.

I went last night and it worked great!  Only the manager could ring it up for me and she wasn't too happy about it, but she did it and I walked out of there with 10 items for less than $8.  Thanks for telling me about it!

So I don't think that they do it all of the time, although I did hear that they did it last month, but the word didn't get out too much, and so that makes me wonder about next! I have a friend that works there, she'll let me know as soon as she finds out! I guess that I might share it with you guys!!
