I was wondering if you always use your diaper coupons.  It seems like mine always expire before I get to use them for a "great" deal.  Are diaper coupons a coupon I should always use (esp. if  they are about to expire)?  Thanks!  Azn

I wait until there's a great deal on diapers (I'm brand loyal to Huggies) and then stock up.  If you're out and need diapers then use your coupons, but it's better if you can wait.  Smiley

Amy, (and anyone else) just wondering...

Have you tried the Costo or Sam's Club brand diapers? I've used them with all my kids but I have tried other brands (even Huggies) and I don't like them. They seem to feel wetter (squishier) than they really are. When they feel like they need to be changed I'll take it off of them and it's not really that wet. Anyone else PREFER Costco or Sam's Club brand?

...What a great year 2009 will be! Hopefully I won't be changing any more diapers!!! wav

I have tried Kirkland diapers and I don't care for them.  My kids always seemed to leak out of Kirkland and LUVS, and Pampers are too fragranced.  Undecided

I go through mass amounts of diapers here with my twins. I am always up for trying out a different diaper and seeing how it does for us. (Especially if they are cheaper!) Last month Rite Aid had their store brand for a BOGO deal, plus I had my gift card from transferring a prescription. I have been surprisingly pleased with them. My preference is Luvs, but I am very happy with these for a cheap, free alternative.

I usually buy Parent's Choice diapers for my 12 month old, but just recently tried Walgreens store brand and Luvs (because of great deals and coupons).  Love the Walgreens brand (seems very similar to Huggies IMO) hate the Luvs (the kid always wakes up wet).  But, I will buy anything I can find under $.12 a diaper.

What's a great deal on diapers? So far, with the sales I've seen, Costco has been the cheapest.

Do you have a brand preference?

If I could chose I would prefer huggies, but I would go with other brands if it's a really good deal.

Okay, so maybe not the best option for everyone, but I love my cloth diapers.   Smiley

We have found that we need Huggies for our new babies, and can usually switch to Luvs or Sam's club as they get older.  For one of ours, though, nothing would stay on her little bum, so we had to stay with Huggies the entire time.  Sam's diapers are OK.

And stocking up is great, just remember they need to stay in the plastic until you are ready to use them.

Kirkland was my favorite for my ds (I had problems with other brands - like not enough elastic in the back, or the side elastic parts ripping).  If I found a fantastic sale with another brand I'd try it, but when I didn't have coupons or if the price was close then I bought the Kirkland.  I also love their big boxes for storing clothes that got too small or larger clothes we were given.

I tried EVERY kind of diapers with my boys and Huggies were the only ones that did not leak, rip, fall off whatever!  As they got older I could use just about any kind, mostly Costco!  With my last one I stocked up HUGE with the Luvs sales and coupons at Target.  I didn't have to buy diapers for about 9 months!
