I found an Exclusive Back-To-School savings booklet courtesy of Sears and Kmart at Sears by the cash register.  It has these coupons in it.

As far as I can tell they are Manufacturer's coupons.  (It says Manufacturer's instant coupon on the top. Then on the bottom it says Redeemable at KMart Locations.)
