My Sunday papers were not delivered this morning. I called the Daily Herald about 8:30 am and they said they would have them delivered. They were never delivered. I tried calling again and of course they are now closed. Therefore I do not have any of this weeks coupons and I am being charged for the papers. I really don't care about the papers, I just want my coupons. Do you know what I can do to get the coupons? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me. I really love my coupons!

Just call again tomorrow if they aren't delivered by tonight (they still may come today), and they will deliver the coupons/paper later.  No worries you will still get the coupons.  Smiley

 I've known 3 people around here (AF/CH area) cancel the savvy shopper deal 5 papers recently due to this. I still have to fight for my papers, and I've been a subscriber for 2 years. Sigh. Glad I'm not the only one!

I canceled my subscription because of this. I didn't get mine for 5 months. They reimbursed 4 of those 5 months. Still don't really know why they didn't give me the 5th month. But they bother me so I canceled. I often wish I still had my coupons though... maybe one day I will give them a try again.

Perhaps it is your carrier. Mine is awesome and I have always gotten my papers. When it rains or snows I get them by my door! Fantastic service!

I live in the Af area too, and a week or so ago i was up reading, way to early about 5:30am and actually saw the people deliver my 4 papers, and when i got dressed around 8 and went to get them, I only had 1 there-  So maybe someone in the area is being a little sneaky???  just a thought, it would be nice if the carriers actually left them at your porch maybe it would make it a little harder for the not so honest people out there to snatch them-  sorry about your paper problems doesn't sound like fun.

I am in springville and had problems when I first signed up for the savvy deal of 5 on sunday, I would call and they would bring my papers right out (usually within the hour) after the 3rd sunday in a row the customer service rep said "I will take care of this myself, it won't happen again" and it hasn't...I think it may just be a matter of the carrier being told about special orders and being aware..now that my carrier is aware I have had no problems...GOOD LUCK

I live in EM and I've been soooo lucky! I often get 5-6 papers when I've subscribed to just 4. (I get another Sunday paper, too) I get some early in the morning and often find additional when I get home from church around noon. I can't tell if the delivery gal doubles back or neighbors contribute to my pile.

My delivery gal also left a slip of paper with her direct line asking me to call her directly with any problems. I've only used the number once and she was so fast in getting me my short papers.

Can you other ladies call your carrier directly? YAY for Amy for having a little pull to help folks!

I called the Daily Herald and got my papers this morning and they were very apologetic. I usually don't have problems getting it, so I don't know what happened this time. Maybe I have a new carrier. It did cross my mind that maybe someone took them, but my husband leaves for meetings around 6:00 am on Sundays and he said they weren't there when he left. Hopefully it was just a fluke thing. I'm just glad to have my coupons today.

I use to be a carrier and sometimes the paper work we got said to only deliver 1 sunday paper.  So if you don't call in, the problem will never be fixed.  Definitely call your carrier, I'm sure they would love to resolve your problem (they get charged $1.00 for every complaint).  E.M. rocks Cheesy Cheesy

I live in EM and the service I get here is fantastic.  Once in a while I don't get it like this Sunday but in general is wonderful! and by the way what coupons did we get this Sunday?
