I know that walmart doesn't match "while supplies last" and that Reams in Springville ads always say "while supplies last", so does that mean that we can never match reams prices at walmart?

The produce from Reams in Springville is always while supplies last, but the normal ad isn't normally "while supplies last".   Just as long as it is not a "while supplies last" sale, you can match it.
