I have been wondering this for awhile:

If a store has a product on sale "Buy One Get One Free" and you have matching coupons for the product can you use a coupon for each product, or just 1 coupon since you are really only paying for 1 product?

I've only ever tried using 1 coupon for BOGO items, but I was wondering if it's legitimate to use two coupons?

What I've been told is that you can use two coupons, because it's the store that gives you the one item free, and it's the manufacturer that pays for the discount you get on the coupon.

I think what Amy has said is that the store does NOT have to take two coupons (Amy correct me if I'm wrong Smiley). And I think it depends on how it shows up on the receipt. If it splits up the price between the two, then you probably can. Most store I believe you can use two coupons.

I have used 2 coupons on buy 1 get 1 free things a couple of times, I have also been told No the same amount of times.  Its one of those YMMV! (It just depends on the store, cashier etc.)

True. Ymmv.  If the product is actually ringing at 50% off instead of one being $0.00 it should be fine.  However, it is up to the store.
