I signed up to receive the 5 papers/each Sunday deal two weeks ago and now this is the second Sunday in a row that I have not received my papers.

I tried calling the number listed on the homepage of this website, but there is no one there after 10am on Sundays, and it's now 10:30am.

Is there another number I can call? I am starting to get pretty mad with The Herald. I already called and talked to two different people last week who assured me that my papers would start actually be delivered this Sunday. (Not to mention that I missed out on the papers we were all supposed to receive through the week, including all the Black Friday ads!)

Is there any number I can call? This is ridiculous! I thought I was supposed to receive better service by getting a subscription instead of running out to the newsstand each week.

I only got 4 of my papers today instead of 5.  Did any of the rest of you only get one coupon insert again this week?   Maybe I will go with the tribune or Des. News?
