If you have more than one set of coupons each week, make sure that you stack like pages together. I get five sets each week, separate them and stack the identical pages together, then cut all five pages at the same time. Does that make sense? Maybe you are already doing this, but I know when I do it this way it takes me about 30-45 minutes each week to cut and file them all. Make sure your scissors are full-size, not a childrens size. That also makes a difference in time. Also, I have seen a new cutting tool made by 3M (I think), that is for cutting wrapping paper. I saw them packaged with a roll of Scotch tape at Riteaid. That might make it faster, not sure. HTH!
