Hey! You all should have received your Riteaid coupon booklets in your papers today. There are some good coupons. I went to Riteaid last night and tried a couple to see what would work. The coupons say that it is off the "regular retail" price, but they worked with the sale prices. I bought the large can of cashews, which were on sale for $7.99 and used the $5.00 off coupon in the booklet, and they ended up being $2.99!!! Cashews are my favorite! This week they are on sale BOGO, so they should be $2.50/can.
The sunscreen and sunless tanners are also 25% off and I used a $5.00/1 Coppertone coupon from the booklet and they worked as well. I got a tube of sunless face tanner for .99 cents, and a twist-up tube (like chapstick) of sunscreen and they PAID ME .99 cents! So, for those of you who still need sunscreen, this could be a good week to stock up. The small tubes will obviously be the best deals, so get them while you can. There are several sunscreen coupons in the booklet, but the Coppertone is the best one.
I hope it will work at all Riteaids. The register took all the coupons after the things rang in at sale price, so I think it should. Good luck!
PS- I didn't get the coupon booklet in my Salt Lake paper....
