Ok ladies bear with me, I do have a question. But first I must give a little info.
I went into the Lehi Albertsons today, and realized once I got there that I had forgotten my Twice the Value coupons. (ya I know!) Since I live in EM I wasn't going to go back and get them. My first thought was "hopefully they have a few ads left. I can just grab one."
After looking around a bit, and not finding any. I thought "maybe they are hidding them behind the CS desk" So I went to the guy at the desk and told him I had forgotten mine and could I have another please. He then preceded to tell me that they did not have any more because someone had come in and taken them all! I couldn't believe it! He said that while they didn't see who had taken them... that they had a guess who it was because there was a woman who had come in five times already that day with the coupons. He said they asked her if she thought it was fair, and she replied "Of course it's fair! I'm paying for them!" I'm not sure what she meant by that but that is what she thought was a good answer.

Anyhow my question is....do you all think this is fair? Kinda a first come first serve basis, or was this lady totally out of line? I mean I can understand taking one or maybe even two extra, but really ALL OF THEM???
Thanks for letting me vent and really please let me know your honest opinion, and maybe what we (and albies) could do about this problem.

I think that the key to coupon etiquite is just to think of others before you make a choice. If you think of the other shoppers you won't hog all of the coupons. If you think of the employees and be kind and respectful then the rest of us won't have to put up with cranky employees. Just think of others and it makes your choices easy.

i was at SF albies on wed about 8:30 am and there was a lady just yelling st the male cashier telling him you are just a cashier and i am a paying customer and i should be able to use as many doubles as i want to. he was very nice to her and tole her the ad states only 3 per person per day she was so pi** she left and was cussing the whole way to the door.  I came up handed all my stuff and he said that he was glad that i was honest. i smiled and asked him if he wanted one of the Coffee's that had just bought and he said sure so i gave it to him. he said you have just made my day mam.  I have learned that you catch more fly's with honey than with vinegar my grandma always says.

Most, if not all stores are now putting them behind the counter.  There are still people that will look for a break between employees there are make out with them.  Stealing IMO.

Thanks for verifying how I was feeling. I was wondering if it really was fair "finders keepers" kinda thing. I wonder if I should suggest to the mngr to keep them behind the counter? But I am excited for this next weeks double coupons! And I WON'T be forgetting them this time!

WOW that individual who stole those coupons has got some nerves!!! If I EVER see anyone do that I would sooooo confront them!!! They should hang in all the stores pictures of people who abuse the system...lol!!And they should NOT be allowed any ads or maybe even not allowed in the store!! But for reals people we need to use COUPON COURTESY!!!!! LETS DO A LITTLE MORE TO BE A LITTLE BETTER!!!!
