I didn't get one either... Hmm... It says you have to confirm your order via your email in order to get it... But I just looked through both my email addresses and neither one had anything from them.

I did it and after I filled out my initial information on the website it told me to check my email to confirm my order.  I checked the email address I entered and there was a confirmation email with a link.  The email came from and has some contact information that you can probably call or email them about your order.  Once I clicked on the link it told me that I would receive my product shortly.

Email or call the customer service number I listed above to see if they can check for you.  My friend had one at a soccer game last night and I was sitting next to her...let's just say I was wishing I had it badly.
