I'm usually happy to get the mail...maybe there's another rebate check, free samples, etc.  Today I was annoyed, irritated and dejected.  My Kellogg's $10 rebate was RTS...Not deliverable as addressed...Unable to Forward...
Box closed...No Order

Talk about annoying!  I remember rushing down to the post office on Sept. 30th, having the post lady postmark it for me at 4:45 pm and thinking, Sheesh, I made it! It said on the rebate--Postmark 9/30/09 & received by 10/9/09.  It was received on 10/08/09 according to the yellow post office sticker.

Has anyone received their rebate yet? I sent it to P.O. Box 7019, that's what it says on my rebate form copy.  Anyhow, I want my $10! (I just had to get that off my chest)  Of course there's not an email or phone # on the rebate form, so I will have to search for one.  I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.  Angry

I got mine a few days ago. On my check the PO Box is 5001, Battle Creek, MI 49018-5001. I am sad for you! I hope you can figure out what went wrong!

Thanks, you're really sweet.  I went to their website and sent them an email (don't worry I was nice) asking for help. On a positive note, after looking through the rest of my mail I received a free reusable bottle from Juicy Juice & Kashi coupons from Vocal Point....so I'm thankful for that at least.  Wish me luck with Kellogg's!  Wink

I feel your pain!  My husband and I had rented our condo out for 6 months trying to see if we could pay off our car by putting the extra money towards the car payment.  We had a 6 month forward to a PO box during that time, we figured once it had expired we would be getting mail back to our condo.  (Which we had been getting random pieces here or there, but we've been getting less and less mail) Finally after several calls from companies who had been sending us mail and having it returned I called the post office to find out why.  I had to actually fill out a form or once the forward had expired they would then just return the mail to the sender.... SO I've not been getting my rebate checks for quite a while and finally figured out why.  Now I get the joy of calling all the rebate companies to find out if they've sent me mail that's been returned and to see if they would send it out again.  Goodie!  I didn't have enough on my plate already! Smiley  Hang in there, we'll get through it together!

If you had your  Kellogg?s Fuel For School rebate submission envelopes returned in the mail because it says the PO Box listed on the form was closed, have no fear!  As long as your envelope was postmarked by Sept 30 just follow these directions:

Please send the entire returned envelope directly to Kelloggs at P.O. Box CAMB, Battle Creek, MI 49014 and mark ?FFS EXCEPTION? on the outside of the envelope. No need to call Kelloggs first.

Wow, how did you find out?  Did this happen to you too? I emailed them last week but I haven't received a response.
So I put my old envelope in a new envelope right? Just want to make sure. Thanks for the info. You're awesome!

Do we know for sure the person who posted the new address is correct? How did she find out? My rebate was returned box closed as well, but it had plenty of time to get there.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. Yes, she is correct. I finally got a reply email from Kelloggs and they told me the same thing.

Do we put it in a new envelope or just write on the outside of the returned one? TIA

Put the unopened returned envelope in a new envelope and send it to the correct address noted above.
