Made a run last night for the lights...I'm impressed with the quality of the lights.  It says it can save up to 80% on energy costs, but the thing that impressed me was the fact that you could string 43 stings together.  WOW!  Wasn't the old kind like 3 strings....maybe 6.  That's amazing to me.  And they are BRIGHT!  I going to have to get my husband to go exchange some.  Cheesy

Smiley  I was at Home Depot yesterday and wanted to point out it says 5 strings per person! Smiley  So if you have more strings than that to trade in, take DH with you! Smiley  Also, Shadwick, how much were they?  I was wondering how much the LED lights were so I could decide if it was worth it to exchange them. Smiley I was in a hurry or I would have looked. Smiley

We just got home with some!  They are on sale (maybe just this week?) for half price.  The string we chose were $6.95 less the $3 trade in credit, so $3.95 for each strand.  Fabulous deal!

The Basic lights are 5.97 and the different options go up from there!  This is much cheaper than in years past.  They were probably a couple of dollars more.  This is for a string of 50 lights and it's 17 feet long.  This is the price before the coupons.  HTH
