I love making this Jell-o. It looks great (red, white, and blue) and it tastes so good. I love the white layer. So yummy! Enjoy!

Fourth of July Jell-o
2 (3oz) boxes raspberry jell-o
3 c. hot water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 can blueberry pie filling

Red Layer: Combine 1 box raspberry jell-o and 2 cups boiling water.  Mix until dissolved.  Pour into 7 x 11 Pyrex glass dish. Refrigerate until set.

White Layer: Dissolve 1 envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c cold water. Heat cream and sugar until hot; but not boiling.  Mix in gelatin, vanilla, cream cheese and nuts.  Pour over red layer and refrigerate until set.

Blue Layer:  Combine 1 box raspberry jell-o, 1 c boiling water. Stir until dissolved.  Add pie filling and stir.  Pour over white layer and refrigerate until set.
