That is the address that printed on my rebate form from the catalina machine.  So maybe it had a different address before Wed (when I got my form.)

If the rebate prints out I would guess it means you are eligible even with coupons. Hopefully.

I went to this sale the first day and sent off for my rebate as soon I got home from the store.  The next day I found out that I bought items that weren't really included in the rebate and was totally bummed about it.  But in my mailbox today was a check from Kraft for $20.  So it looks like Kraft is honoring all rebate forms!  Woohoo!

If the rebate form printed out for you, you bought the right items.  It was only triggered by participating items. Smiley
