So, if I understand this....some stores will let you use more than one coupon on one item and also they may randomly double your coupons for you?  I don't get how she did this.

Not in this state.  At least I don't think so.  I wish our stores would randomly double our coupons, that would be awesome!

It looks like the store (Shaws) in this segment offers double coupons.  We used to periodically receive double coupons from Albertsons.  I don't know of any stores in the Utah Valley that are currently doubling coupons however in many other states (where couponing is not quite the art form it is here) they offer doubles to get people to shop.

My sister in Ohio gets all of her coupons up to $1 doubled just for shopping at a certain store.  I'm SO jealous!!!

They most likely have a higher cost of living.  So milk, veggies etc will be much higher than the great prices we enjoy around here.  That's why it is so nice having our own local Savvy Shopper helping us know what are good deals instead of someone in another state with a different cost of living.
