"How to receive your Savings Coupons: 1) Purchase five (5) participating products
(Vlasic, Open Pit, Armour, Duncan Hines, Log Cabin or Mrs. Butterworth's)
between 11/8/09 and 12/7/09; 2) Download this order form and hand print your complete name, mailing address and e-mail address; and 3) Mail your completed order form, the original cash register/purchase receipt(s) dated between 11/8/09 and 12/7/09 with the participating products circled and the corresponding UPCs from five (5) participating products in an envelope to: Great Taste, Big Savings Offer, P.O. Box 1900, West Caldwell, NJ 07007-1900. All coupon requests must be postmarked by 1/7/10 and received by 1/22/10. Limit one (1) request per household. Cash register/purchase receipts dated before 11/8/09 and after 12/7/09 will not be honored."

As it does not say "brand" it appears to be any variety of the 8 "products" listed.
