I just had a quick question that I thought some of you more experienced people may know.  I've been taking the paper for a few months now and have had no problems.  Then today I didn't get my papers delivered.  I called and told them and they said I would get them tomorrow.  I'm wondering how reliable it is when they say they'll send them the next day so I know if I should go buy some some that I have the red plum insert that I've heard people talking about.  Thanks  Smiley

In my experience, you have to call a few times and remind them. I have never just called on the Sunday and had it delivered the next day--on Monday. It usually takes a few phone calls and then I have it by Thurs. My paper was also missed today. Good luck.

Seriously, send Amy a PM, when she says jump, they say "How High?" Smiley  She can get your paper delivered on the double!  Smiley

Question: I have been getting my papers out of the boxes, but I am almost always missing something!!  Most often its the SS.  Is this common?  I heard that if they run out then the boxed papers don't get coupons.  Is this true?

The coupons will go first for people who signs for the paper. If you would like to learn more about how to sign or would like a discount, check out the classes going on.  You can host your own class (by clicking the button host a class) or join a class that is already happening! It is worth the savings...

Yep!  Like Ale said, the coupons go to subscribers first.  Plus it's cheaper to subscribe then to go the the News stand Sunday morning and buy papers!  Smiley  If you subscribe to the paper you are GUARANTEED all the coupon inserts, and if there is ever one missing, then the Daily Herald will redeliver!
