Mom's Corn Bread 1 pkg corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy) 1 egg 1/4 c evaporated milk 8 oz sour cream 3 T sugar 1/2 stick of butter (sliced thin)
Mix it well. Spray casserole dish with oil. Pour mixture and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Put butter on top while hot.
